Hemorrhoids: do something or just let it be?

Hi guys. So here we go: hemorrhoids. I already spoke with SCI-Nurse about this but I'd like to read your experience.

I know there are several types. My type is the one that comes out during my BP. The easiest thing to do is just tuck it in after the BP.

So, should I do something about it, or just let it be? When should I start worrying?
