Prostate Check for SCI males...

Ok...for us men approaching age 40, how do you get your doctor or "urologist" to check your prostate without getting the fecal mucus like us SCI's get during digital stim?

I would like my doc to check it, but I don't want him to pull our a terd or whatever? Has anyone done like a colonoscopy prep type setup before your appointment?
