Question for the SCI Nurse

I am a C4-5 quad 21 years post-injury. Over the years I have experienced mild to moderate AD , usually due to UTIs. Last year I had two surgeries due to an anal fistula , and am healed of that problem. Earlier this year I had a seizure and spent three days in the hospital for MRIs and CAT scans that were normal. Lately I have had bouts with AD several times daily to the point my shirt is completely wet with sweat. Toenails are OK , bowels are normal , and a urine culture showed no growth of bacteria. I had an ultrasound last year that showed no stones in my kidneys. Any suggestions would be appreciated .
