Frozen shoulder

Hi,

I do have arthritis and a frozen shoulder and I am thinking about an arthroscopic surgery.
I am asking myself if a surgery is the right solution or can I better try other threatments?

I had over one year physiotherapy, injections but nothing changed.

Does somebody has the same experiences?
