Im a c5 quad been hurt 18 years. woke up this morning feeling ok, went on my left side b for program for an hour and a half. when i got straight my left arm was kind of numb so i figured i would shake it off when i got up. i got up and my left wrist wont contract like it used to and my whole left arm is weaker than normal. also my ring finger and little finger are tingling on both arms a little. has anyone had this before? i dont know if its a cyst or pinched nerve or what. ill go to the doctor tomorrow wanted your guys opinion.
