Help - New To Using DIL Stick

Good afternoon everyone. I just picked up a dil stick today because I'm having trouble reaching to do my bowel program on my own. I was wondering if someone could please give me an idea on how to use the particular tool. Thanks in advance. Sorry if this seems too obvious.
