So as I understand it, as long as you cannot feel or voluntarily use your anal sphincter you're still considered a "Complete" injury, right?
I'm very curious because so many therapies and trials mention whether or not they might be helpful for incomplete vs. complete. For example IH specifically is likely to help incompletes but not completes.
In my case I was classified A/complete but have since recovered some minimal motor in various muscles.
