There was a thread started recently by a young male from Mexico, new quad i think, needed anything 4 supplys.
I am eligible for a new chair, mine now is still in great shape, it would be more than cool to try n ship it to San Diego was a drop zone he mentioned.
In rehab ( San Jose) there were a couple young Spanish dudes, all 1 wanted was to go back to his home in Mexico, he was still on a vent but C-5/6, they equipped him with a power chair, but he was in shotty shape w/ like 1 person that came for him periodically while the rest had family n all, I was like how is this kid gonna survive knowing what we struggle with..?? Dam perturbing launching thought into areas like that, poorer folks w/ nada w/ shyt like this..
