I am on a preventitive antiiotic for chronic UTI 8 in last 10 months all kinds of diferent bugs. Was taking macrodantin 50ml for about 45 days when got hit hard by classic symptoms of severe uti fever chills side pain (its a nerve from a surgery but flares with certain uti's) headache Anyway problem is culture came back negative and no growth for 2 days primary doc says go to uro uro nurse says go to primary no opening in a month i think this might have happened one other time in 30 years of post sci and did not figure it out then. Any ideas and questions tests i should have my primary doc? As a;ways all input appreciated.
