Hi, I am considering taking Amtrak from Philadelphia to NYC (or Boston), rather then taking my van into the city. However, on the Amtrak site it states that only carry-on baggage is allowed. I'm sure space is the issue, but would exceptions be made for medical equipment? I have a Molift 150 with travel case.
