Has anybody else had this problem of late? I have windows 8.1 Seems like even if you opt out they must send your email to others and it gets worse. I have internet 11. This has been a real problem the last month. Had some critical updates that I always install and this is when it all started. There finding you by your cookies as far as I can tell. Anyway to stop this madness? I can't find a way.
