Taking lactulose/nausea

I am supposed to take 30-60 ml of lactulose every 1-2 hours until there is a bowel movement.

I took the first dose, but I feel that if I took the second dose I would throw up. Just the taste makes me gag.

Any tips for taking lactulose without throwing up?
